D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) Returns
Here at Nightvisionmall.com we will take all possible steps to make sure the products you receive are in working condition and complete. However if the product should arrive DOA (dead on arrival) you must report this to us within seventy two (72) hours of receipt and we will gladly expedite an exchange of the product if the following conditions are met:
1. The product was not modified or disassembled in any way as to void the warranty.
2. You have contacted us in a timely fashion and were given a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Please keep in mind: We can not accept physically damaged product. If you notice that the product packaging is reasonably damaged (enough to believe that the product inside suffered damage as well), then do not accept it.If you happened to accept the product and it is damaged, you must report this to us within 48 hours of receipt, at which point we will assist you in contacting the carrier and invoking the insurance policy. Each incident will be handled on a case by case basis. Nightvisionmall.com will take all necessary and rational steps to correct the problem dealing with DOA products.
No shipments will be accepted without an RMA number.
It is under the full discretion of Nightvisionmall.com management to allow or deny refunds which fall outside of the scope of this policy.
Refund Policy.
You have 30 days after product purchase to request a refund. All products that fall outside of the DOA policy are subject to a 15% restocking fee.This fee is charged because all units must be sent back to the factory to be inspected, recalibrated refurbished and repackaged. We advise that you purchase your products with care and consult a Nightvisionmall.com agent if you are not sure of the application or capability of your product.
Returns Policy.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Each refund will be treated on a case by case basis depending on circumstances. Refunds must be reported to Nightvisionmall.com by email at refunds@nightvisionmall.com along with the invoice number, contact information and member id (if applicable).
